SPayLater now has a new Customer Service (CS) email address. This change was made to improve service to each customer. Here are the details of the email address changes:
Old CS Email Address: customerservice@cmf.co.id
New CS Email Address: customerservice@support.cmf.co.id
The new CS email address is now active and can serve SPayLater customers effectively as of March 25, 2025. For those of you who have contacted our old CS email address, don’t worry, because for the time being, the old CS email address is still active and will operate until March 25, 2025.
Apart from email, you can also contact the SPayLater CS team via telephone at (021) 8060 4253 or Live Chat via the Shopee application or ShopeePay application.
Don’t forget, make sure you only contact official SPayLater customer service with your questions or concerns. This ensures your personal data is only used by the relevant team for your specific needs.
